Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. We also do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or shipping. However, if you have any issues or are unsatisfied with any part of your order you can reach out to us within 20 days of the order date. Have your order number and name associated with the order in the body of the email when contacting us at samskistitches@gmail.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (within 20 days of the order date) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue and try to make it right as we highly value our customers.

Cancellations
We give you the option to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing the order, for any reason and without justification. Email us within those 2 hours at samskistitches@gmail.com with your order number and name associated with the order in the email body and use the subject: Cancellation. We will respond back as soon as we can to confirm the cancellation of your order.
