Lost & Misdelivered Packages
We understand that lost/misdelivered packages are frustrating. Unfortunately, once we hand your order to the mail carrier for shipping it is out of our control. Please reach out to the customer service line for that carrier and try to gain information about your package. If the package is insured (such as a flat rate), then the claim can be filed.

It is at our discretion if we choose to replace/exchange your items. We have limited fabric stock of certain patterns, so the chances of us being able to replace the exact items/sets may be slim. If your package is lost or misdelivered for more than 14 days, please contact us at samskistitches@gmail.com to inform us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Reimbursements
Shipping calculations can be off slightly. If you are overcharged for shipping, we will reimburse/refund the overage back to your selected payment from your order. Reimbursements and/or refunds may take up to 14 days to go back to your original form of payment.
